It serves as a platform for storytelling and fostering connections within the Badger community, offering a creative outlet for students to share their voices and experiences.

Role Description:
As the project lead for the WASBlog, I played a pivotal role in developing its strategy, design, and content pipeline. I initiated a comprehensive plan to launch and grow the blog by collaborating with designers, recruiting student writers, and establishing an editorial process to ensure quality and consistency. My efforts included crafting a user-friendly layout, creating compelling content themes, and promoting posts through targeted social media campaigns. These strategies successfully increased website engagement, contributing to a significant rise in WASB applications by raising awareness of our mission and programs. The WASBlog became a dynamic platform that amplified the voices of students and alumni, strengthening WASB’s presence within the UW-Madison community.

My Role:

As the Marketing Team Lead for WASB, I spearheaded the organization’s digital marketing strategy, creating and managing promotional materials to increase awareness and engagement for key events. I led a team to develop cohesive campaigns that boosted website traffic by 27% and enhanced the reach of social media initiatives. By collaborating with team members and campus partners, I ensured that marketing efforts aligned with WASB's mission to strengthen connections between students and alumni. My work emphasized storytelling, creativity, and strategic communication to celebrate the diverse perspectives within the Badger community.
